The goal of the project was to make Stays Group property search, booking, and vacation management process more modern and convenient.

I partnered with the team to do user research and create user personas to help visualize and stay focused on the user goals, needs, and wants. We worked through early stage wireframes and prototypes to test our hypothesis, and then collaborating with the engineering team I built out UI and motion prototypes to get the experience just right.

What was a confusing and cumbersome desktop-only experience, I was able to build a usable and beautiful mobile app to help take them to the next level.
